EcoScape

EcoScape aims to remediate the local area of Manchester Green Quarter to allow for wildlife to return to the city. The project focuses on Urban Ecologies and ways to achieve a nature-human balance. This is achieved by planning the remediation of the area through the construction of different architectural typologies that aim to remediate, dispose or grow a variety of plants and ecosystems. The placement and timing is determined by a computational tool developed specifically for this project.
